What exactly do you see?
Do you see the hatred
And all the lies
Or the happy front I put up?
When you look in my eyes
Do you see all the times
I picked myself up off the floor
Soaked in dried blood,
Or just another happy girl?
When you hear me speak
Do you listen to the words?
Do you hear the cry for help?
Or just the fake laughter I give?
